The IN School , a proud initiative of Sri Senthur Group , was born not in a classroom, but in a mother's heart.

I am Dr. S. Indhujaa Logesh, born and raised in a close-knit family in Coimbatore, India, and now living in the Netherlands with my family. I hold a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science, an MBA in Marketing and Operations, and a Ph.D. in Event Management — a unique blend of technology, business, and creativity has shaped my vision for education and ultimately inspired the creation of The IN School.

Like many parents raising children abroad, I faced a quiet but persistent challenge. My child attends a Dutch school, where Dutch is the primary medium of instruction. While I wanted my son to thrive in his new home, I also wanted him to grow up fluent in English and connected to Tamil, his mother tongue.

A few years ago, my friend introduced me to an online learning model created for young children. What began as a simple search for a learning solution turned into a daily ritual — I sat beside my son through every single class, from English alphabets and phonics to drawing sessions. Watching my son's confidence and curiosity grow week after week left a lasting impression on me, and an idea began to take shape — If this worked so beautifully for one child, why not build something to help many more?

That idea became The IN School.

The IN School was established to honour my family’s dream of quality education rooted in strong values. It reflects my grandparents’ and parents’ blessing, guidance and legacy of services. Service, community, and giving back have always been part of my family's journey. The IN School brings together my family's legacy in education and my personal journey as a parent, creating a school built on both experience and purpose.

What We Believe

We believe the preschool years are among the most important in a child's life. This is the stage where language takes root, creativity begins to bloom, and the earliest seeds of confidence, discipline, and values are planted. Nurturing this stage well can shape a child's entire learning journey ahead. At The IN School , we focus on raising children who are not just academically capable, but emotionally grounded, creatively expressive, and culturally connected.
